UAG represented both the undisclosed buyer and seller in this transaction. The Property sold for $1,428,000 or $42,000 per unit.
The seller, who had owned the Property since the eighties, was prepared to cash out of the multifamily business and retire. Unique Apartment Group guided the seller over the 18 months to help raise the Property value substantially before deciding to sell. New ownership is going to continue to hold onto the Property for a long term investment strategy.
Constructed in 1965, the Property is located near Interstate 25, the Cedar Springs Hospital, Vanguard School and a large shopping district including a 24 Hour Fitness, Sears, Home Depot and other retailers.
