The Property sold at the listing price of $3,200,000 or $177,777 per unit and closed on August 21, 2017.
The Terry Apartments consists of two historic buildings that had been extensively renovated prior to the sale. Upgrades included new kitchens, bathrooms, boiler updates, roofs, landscaping and updated common areas. The Property consists of ten one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units. The Terry Apartments are located just two blocks west of historic Main Street, an area that has seen significant revitalization and redevelopment during recent years. Greystone provided the buyer with a loan from Freddie Mac’s small balance loan program. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
