UAG represented both the undisclosed buyer and undisclosed seller in this transaction. The Property sold for $1,400,000 or $73,684 per unit.
Constructed in 1962, the buyer was attracted to the location just north of Downtown Denver. The building borders West Colfax Avenue and Federal Boulevard only blocks from Sloan’s Lake. The surrounding area includes Sports Authority Field at Mile High, Target and King Soopers, as well as many restaurants. The local buyer intends to fully renovate the interior of all units and begin releasing the building to tenants in early fall of 2015.
