Lakewood, CO (November 12, 2015) — Unique Properties, Inc. represented the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) in an effort to find suitable medical office space on the west side of town. Broker Zach Smith identified space at Denver West Office Park in Lakewood, Colorado and handled the lease negotiations in this 2,815 square foot, 6 year lease transaction. Texas-based VES handles VA overflow offering a one-time medical evaluation for veterans that determines a recommended plan of action based on their assessment.
