Denver, CO (November 11, 2015) — Unique Properties provided tenant representation services to Muay Thai Academy of Colorado, Colorado’s premiere mixed martial arts training facility, in a long term, 4,460 square foot lease at Cherry Creek Business Park, located at 7808 Cherry Creek Drive South, where they will be relocating their training facility from 4990 East Asbury Avenue.
In a recent trade of in ownership of 4990 East Asbury Avenue, Muay Thai Academy elected to not renew their lease. Broker Zach Smith represented the Muay Thai Academy of Colorado and selected suitable space close to their former facility which would minimize current customer fallout.
