The Marketing Coordinator position is very active, covering a variety of tasks daily. The role comes with great responsibility and requires an individual that is both organized and motivated.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside our Senior marketing lead handling a variety of tasks including communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the Company and the marketing strategy. This includes design, production and distribution of print materials, press releases, special events and community outreach activities, website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and development of custom brochures, proposals and presentations
- Assist in the creation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly email blasts and reports for the Company and various teams
- Assist in content creation for company social media channels
- Press release creation and dissemination to all local/national media outlets
- Ongoing development of professional tools for brokers to use on a regular basis
- Create miscellaneous reports and other materials per broker requests
- Additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in marketing, public relations and design (minimum 2 years)
- Real Estate experience preferred but not required
- Expert in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (heavy emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop) Mailchimp (or similar) and all social media channels
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Be available to work fixed hours with some after hours flexibility
