Denver, CO  (February 22, 2016) — Unique Properties Inc. is proud to announce the sale of 419 West 13th Avenue in Denver.  Phillip A. Yeddis, Senior Broker at Unique Properties / TCN Worldwide, represented the buyer who purchased the asset as an owner-user investment property. The seller, Boris Cline, was self-represented.

The 1,282 square foot building is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle and sold for $600,000 in an all cash offer. Located 1.5 miles from LoDo, and one block from Speer Boulevard, the Property is positioned in a prime retail location in close proximity to many restaurants and other retailers.

Many new high-end apartments are being built around the Golden Triangle and there are other impressive neighborhood plans,” stated Yeddis. “These neighborhood developments are positive for the new owner and for the investment outcome of this property,” he concluded.

Prior to purchasing the industrial / retail building, the buyer was the existing, sole tenant of the building. The brick framed building was constructed nearly 90 years ago in 1925 and the new owner plans to complete structural updates and improvements.
