Colorado Springs Industrial Investment Sold for $2,700,000

Colorado Springs, CO  (September 20, 2017) —Unique Properties, Inc. / TCN Worldwide, Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the sale of an industrial investment property located at 704-706 South Sierra Madre Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Nueva Americana III, LLC purchased the property from Sierra Madre Investors, LLC in an off-market transaction.

The 40,488 Square Foot, single-tenant, industrial warehouse building sold for $2,700,000.  The property is 100% occupied by ABC Supply with approximately 9 years remaining on a NN lease.  It was constructed in 1921 and sits on 2.69 acres.  The property was purchased by Sierra Madre Investors, LLC in April 2016 for $2,390,000.
