About the “Main-Street” Zoning Amendment
The City of Aurora implemented new ‘Main Street’ zoning for the property in November, 2018 to change many of the industrial uses to retail, office and residential uses. With Stanley Marketplace in the area and the proximity to Stapleton, Aurora hopes for Dayton Street to become more of a walkable street with storefronts, restaurants and residential.
