Denver NNN Leased Industrial Warehouse Property Sells

Denver, CO,  (July 25, 2016) — Unique Properties, Inc., Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the sale of a fully leased multi-tenant industrial building in southern Denver.

2042 South Bannock Street in Denver, CO sold for $525,000.  The 1,525 square foot warehouse is occupied by a MMJ tenant who has two years remaining on their lease and the 0.29-acre lot is leased to a separate tenant on a month-to-month basis.  The building was constructed in 1949, has a fully fenced yard, and 12’ ceilings.

Sam Leger, Tim Finholm, and Carlos Valencia with Unique Properties, Inc., represented the Seller, 2042 S Bannock LLC.  The Buyer, The Animosus Trust, was self-represented.
