Jerry Kempf has been with Unique Properties for five years and has been active in the Denver real estate market since 1978. He currently focuses on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial properties. In addition to building sales, he also has strong, relevant experience and knowledge in land sales. His most reputable assignment is representing the well-known Dove Valley Business Park located next to Centennial Airport in Unincorporated Arapahoe County.

Notable sales transactions include the Safeway Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union building and a wide variety of office, office/warehouse, retail, investment and land transactions. Jerry has an expansive history in providing top of the line representation services for industrial/office properties such as travel agencies, dental/medical offices, pediatric physicians, government agencies, and banking corporations.

In his early career, Jerry worked for a large design / build engineering company that served mining, oil and gas, petrochemical and aerospace industries. Following this experience, Jerry joined a large development company where he was responsible for hotel and high rise office property developments locally, out of state, and internationally. He later moved to a life insurance company and became the Project Manager for the U.S. headquarters facility and the Manager of Operations for the local Denver Real Estate office.

He commenced his career as an independent real estate broker in 1991 following his responsibility as a portfolio manager of several high rise office buildings in 1990. Jerry obtained his Colorado Real Estate Brokerage License in 1985.
