Denver, CO (November 9, 2016) — Unique Properties, Inc., Colorado’s most experienced, privately held, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, is proud to announce the sale of 4330 Broadway in Denver, Colorado.

The 10,000 square foot industrial warehouse property sold for $1,362,000 or $136 per square foot. 4330 Broadway is located just north of South Platte River drive in RINO, and is situated east of highway I-25. The Property was constructed in 1980 and renovated in 2012, with 18’ clear heights, ample yard space, and nicely built-out office space.

D-Property, LLC purchased the property from J & L Leasing Company, Ltd. as a Denver industrial investment property.  Sam Leger and Tim Finholm, both Executive Vice Presidents at Unique Properties, Inc., represented the Buyer in the transaction.  The Seller was represented by Peter Wycoff at NAI Shames Makovsky.
