In the latter part of 2008 I commissioned Toby and Gannon Roth to find a lessee for a vacant building located along Washington Street in Thornton. The job was a challenge due to the inside condition of the space, but soon a tenant agreed to lease two thirds of the building. The Roths did an excellent job working with both sides to satisfy specific needs and get all the appropriate papers in order.
I was pleased with this accomplishment. I was also concerned about the economy and did not hold much hope in finding a renter for the smaller portion of the building. That negativity was not shared by Toby and Gannon. They assured me that they intended to work even harder to find the right tenant.
