	It is my very greatest pleasure to recommend Marc Lippitt and Unique Properties, LLC to anyone that is in need of a sincere, well organized and persevering company that cares about your deal and treats it like it is the only one in the company. But, that is how we feel about Marc Lippitt and Unique Properties, LLC. Our building had been listed over eight months by another broker and it had not been sold. We did no get even one offer and had very few people looking at it. We hired Unique Properties right before Christmas 2008 and even though it was a holiday season, they became active immediately and I mean immediately with pictures, brochures, website posting and press releases. They were repsonsive and professional, brought viable clients to the building and made the process seamless for us. We were aware of some of the difficult deals that had been completed by this company in the past and this one was certainly one of those with the additional barricade of a very difficult environment. They negotiated the deal and were able to come up with mutually agreeable terms. The deal and the closing were riddled with issues and complications and we were assisted in every way by Marc Lippitt and Unique Properties staff. I specifically remember feeling calm during times in which I normally would not have that feeling and that is because my calls were always returned in a timely manner, time was always taken with each and every issue and this continued after hours, during weekends and even when Marc Lippitt was on vacation out of the country. The Unique Properties office staff is exceptional and extraorinary in every way as well. This staff never failed to help and assist at every opportunity. 	In the latter part of 2008 I commissioned Toby and Gannon Roth to find a lessee for a vacant building located along Washington Street in Thornton. The job was a challenge due to the inside condition of the space, but soon a tenant agreed to lease two thirds of the building. The Roths did an excellent job working with both sides to satisfy specific needs and get all the appropriate papers in order. I was pleased with this accomplishment. I was also concerned about the economy and did not hold much hope in finding a renter for the smaller portion of the building. That negativity was not shared by Toby and Gannon.
