"Marc and Scott, YOU DID IT. And I don't believe anyone else could have. When we met with you on the 23rd of December, we had a huge challenge for you. Because of the pending purchase of a large parcel of land, we needed cash out of our 1650 Pearl St. property. And we had to have it quickly. We signed a listing agreement which expired on February 1st. But the sale had to be completed (CLOSED!) not later than February 1st - a scant 6 weeks later. Now we already knew you were good - we just didn't know how good! While we were completing the listing agreement with you, in walks the person who ultimately bought our property. LUCK?
