Unique Properties has participated in and been involved with Broker’s Benefiting Kids for a number of years. Broker’s Benefiting Kids is a fundraiser in partnership with the Denver Active 2-30 Children’s Foundation and the commercial brokerage community within Colorado that is dedicated to improving the life for at-risk and disadvantaged children in the Denver area and throughout Colorado. Held every fall, currently in its 19th year, Broker’s Benefiting Kids (BBK) has raised over $4 million that has been granted out to deserving children’s charities.

Unique Properties proudly works with Mile High Montessori, Denver’s oldest and largest provider of subsidized quality early childhood care and education – serving thousands of Denver’s vulnerable children every year since 1970. Most of these children come from “very low” income families and are truly in need of the simple basics. Unique Properties sponsored 4 classrooms consisting of 17 students (preschoolers) and 2 teachers each. Through donations, Unique Properties goal was for each child and teacher to receive one gift from their “wish list”. Unique Properties purchased and personally delivered the gifts and a holiday lunch to each of the kids in December.
