Tim has consistently been a top producer in the Denver market, achieving the Denver Board of Realtors Million Dollar Roundtable distinction for the past 16 years. During his employment at Coldwell Banker Commercial, he achieved national recognition for Top Ten Production in all the commercial offices nationwide for two years. Tim credits his achievement to his one-on-one personal service relationship with his clients and his understanding of the real estate market; and his clients agree. One individual investor has done as many as 23 transactions with Tim, totaling in excess of $32 million. A local development company has bought and sold 15 properties with Tim. In addition to office leasing, Tim specializes in identifying niche properties and repositioning the investment for his clients, by stabilizing the tenant base and controlling the operating cost of the property. Seeing the potential at the office building, on behalf of a local investor Tim took the property through acquisition and a complete renovation, then increased property occupancy from 56% to 98% and sold the property for a healthy profit. A Colorado native, Tim has a Bachelors degree from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. He lives in Denver with his wife and two young daughters.
