Marc’s recent completed transactions includes land transactions of over $10 million, investment sales in excess of $12 million, and over several thousand square feet in lease deals valued at over $10 million in net operating income for the property owners. Formally the Director of the Retail Services Group for Colliers International Denver, Marc was directly responsible for the introduction of the retail group to Denver. He also directed the overall success and growth of the division and tirelessly worked to develop the group with the understanding that the client is always first; a belief that goes with him to Unique. Marc was one of the select few members of the Colliers International Retail Steering Committee which mapped the direction of the international retail division of over 400 members. Marc was Co-Chair of the West Coast Retail Division and a member of the Colliers Asset Resolution Team (CART) which focused on providing solutions to institutional owners with distressed assets. Marc was responsible for Kimco Realty Corp’s entire Colorado real estate portfolio in 2007-2009 and had successfully back-filled assets like a former Circuit City space with Sunflower Market and an entire former Blockbuster building with retailers Noodles & Co, Jimmy Johns, and Little Caesars.
