Jerry specializes in tenant representation, leasing, and sales of office and office/warehouse. Notable sales transactions include the Safeway Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union building and a wide variety of office, office/warehouse, retail, investment and land transactions. Jerry has provided tenant rep services for travel agencies, pediatric physicians, communications companies, architectural and engineering firms and a variety of manufacturing businesses. He has worked with a number of corporations in the areas of banking, telecommunications, airline and reservations, technical, oil, gas and minerals, life insurance, medical/dental, and government agencies. Jerry obtained his Colorado real estate license in 1985 and previously worked primarily as an owner’s representative. He graduated with B.S. degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University and has completed several Institute of Real Estate Management Courses to broaden his industry knowledge. A member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS (DMCAR), Jerry served as a past board member of the DMCAR Board of Directors and is a past Director for the state-wide Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR). He is also a past chairman of the Greenwood Village Code Review Committee (1988/1989).
