His leasing experience ranges from clients with small needs to those in excess of 100,000 square feet. He has assisted clients with portfolio management, new project development, lease audits, asset management, initial project lease-ups and surplus property dispositions, including a single asset disposal in excess of $40 million dollars. In 2007, Tom was engaged by the United States Postal Service as a sole point of contact for the Western and Pacific regions to provide market analysis, lease negotiations, property acquisition and disposition services which to date total in excess of $39 million dollars.
