Michael has been focused on both tenant and landlord representation for leasing as well as owner and developer representation for land acquisition and investment sales on both a local and national level. Michael has gained the trust and confidence of those retailers with his hard work and dedication to meeting their goals. Upon joining LandCorp in 2008, Michael became active in the distressed real estate market, working direct with lenders and other financial institutions in procuring distressed opportunities for his investor clients which includes private equity & institutional equity investors as well as developers. A native of Massachusetts, Michael attended Northeastern University in Boston where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Michael has remained active within the commercial real estate community through his memberships and participation in many leading organizations, keeping him up to date on the current market situation and increasing his knowledge in real estate as a whole, adding value to his clients and the services he provides.
