After graduating, I moved to Denver to pursue my professional career and have been proud to call Denver my home since 1992. I began my career selling office supplies for a local company and in 1999, during the high tech boom, moved to a national firm selling enterprise software solutions to major manufacturers. With the high tech bust, I decided in 2002 to pursue commercial real estate. I spent 2 years in tenant representation and office leasing and in 2004 joined Marcus & Millichap as an investment sales broker selling office and industrial properties. During my 4 years of employment at Marcus & Millichap, I completed $28,000,000 in investment sales. Desiring more opportunity to meet my client’s needs with a full service firm I chose to join Unique Properties in October 2008 and plan to further my office and industrial investment sales business as well as work with property owners in need of leasing and vacant/user building sales. At Unique Properties, we have a very experienced, creative and helpful group of brokers and staff that is genuinely interested in finding solutions to the problems that our clients face. I bring 6 years of commercial real estate experience and more than 15 years of professional business experience to Unique Properties. I have been involved in all aspects of marketing, sales, business development & project management.
