George Hanlon   Retail Leasing and Investment Sales View My Sale Listings View My Lease Listings   ghanlon@uniqueprop.com     Since graduating from the University of Colorado, George Hanlon has successfully worked under two of Denver’s most successful retail brokerage firms. George entered the commercial real estate industry in 2006, joining Weststar Commercial. While working with Weststar Commercial, George specialized in leasing grocery anchored properties across the Denver metro area. During this time, George gained an expertise in targeted retail marketing and leasing, as well as strategic retail negotiation techniques. After leaving Weststar Commercial, George joined the retail leasing team of Grubb & Ellis in Denver. While with Grubb & Ellis, George successfully worked alongside national, regional, and local Landlord’s assisting them in leasing their retail assets. Furthermore, George was able to gain a better understanding of the Tenant representation side of the business and has represented both regional & local tenants in leasing negotiations. George was successful in completing numerous lease transactions and has participated in a number of local pad site sales. It is the knowledge and expertise gained which has proved invaluable in George’s transition to Unique Properties. In September of 2008, George teamed up with Dennis McLin and Unique Properties. George and Dennis have created a unique platform in offering clients a full range of services, taking projects from conception through lease-up to a realized investment sale.
