He attended the University of Iowa, where he received a degree in Psychology. Toby specializes in the leasing and sales of shopping centers, retail and hotel properties throughout the front range of Colorado. Additionally, he has extensive experience in working as a tenant representative on both the national and local levels. Because of his knowledge of the retail market, he is often solicited by trade publications for his opinions, and has authored articles for Shopping Center World, National Mall Monitor, Retail Guide to Denver, Rocky Mountain News, Denver Post and Commercial Property News. He is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
