Shwartz, a Colorado native, has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. He came to Unique from The Sherman Agency where he was the Vice President of Sales and Leasing. Prior to joining The Sherman Agency in 2004, Shwartz was the Vice President of the acquisition department at Western Centers where he successfully participated in over $10,000,000 in transactions. He has also worked for Grubb & Ellis, where he received the Top Retail Broker and Cold Caller of the Year in 1996. He has worked with such clients as 7-Eleven, ProGolf, United Check Cashing, Paper Warehouse and Kinkos. Shwartz has known Marc and Scott for many years and is looking forward to becoming a strong part of the Unique team and helping to lead the way to a stronger Retail division.
