He was raised in New Mexico and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University. While in college Archie started, operated, and eventually sold a small business, bearing 120% growth for the final two full years. Relocating to Denver was a fantastic opportunity, for the lifestyle, and employment with the Trane Company, as an HVAC Sales Engineer. While working with Trane, Archie was involved in such projects as the Pepsi Center, Broncos Stadium, and many of the Qwest Data Centers scattered around the country. Archie was consistently one of the top sales engineers in the HVAC arena while with Trane. It was during this same time frame that he was able to close the deal of a lifetime and was married to his beautiful wife, Christy. Shortly after arriving in Denver, Archie purchased, renovated and leased a duplex. A few months later a 4-plex. Then another duplex; and the story continues; he was hooked. It did not take long to become completely immersed in the real estate world. He left HVAC behind, in lieu of becoming a well established real estate professional. In a three year period, he purchased, renovated, and either leased, or sold over 40 properties in his personal portfolio. It soon became apparent that there were far more opportunities than could be handled by one person. Archie soon joined a real estate firm and was almost immediately one of the top agents. A couple of years later, Unique Properties invited Archie to join the team as a broker specializing in multi-family property. He eagerly accepted the opportunity, realizing that Unique Properties has an excellent reputation, take very good care of their clients, and are well respected in the commercial real estate community. I assist every client with their real estate needs, as if they were my own. I have built a reputation based on honesty, perseverance, ingenuity, and the pure joy of winning with my friends and clients. My business continues to grow based on the referrals I receive from my clients, which is a testament to the care I have taken with their past real estate projects.
