He has over eight years of commercial real-estate experience and a strong understanding of Mixed Use Development and Urban Infill. With specialization in Retail, Office and Land, Dennis takes projects from conception to a realized investment sale. As a principal, he has been on both sides of the closing table. It is this unique characteristic and ability to see the bigger picture that keeps Dennis’ clients happy and returning to him with all their real estate needs. Before joining Unique Properties, Dennis was the Information Technology Director and Special Projects Manager of Continuum Partners. He was intimately involved in the acquisition and redevelopment of the nationally recognized mixed-use project known as Belmar, a $750 million infill project located in Southwest Denver. Dennis became a BOMA expert and designed the technical manuals and spreadsheets now the standard used to measure tenant space throughout all Continuum Projects.
