During that period of time, he has been marketing and selling commercial properties worth in excess of $155,000,000 to investors and developers. Prior to teaming up with Unique Properties, Bob was with Coldwell Banker Commercial, and before that he was with Trammel Crow Company for seven years, where he was one of the Top Five Producers twice in that last five years. Before his real estate experience, Bob was the Marketing manager for Fred Schmid Appliances where he was instrumental in achieving the first $1,000,000 month for the company and expanding operations from three outlets to seven outlets. He was employed by General Electric Company previous to Fred Schmid in their major appliance division as their Western Regional Manager for the Range Department. Major responsibilities included the marketing and development of product to 25 different states, as well as allocating the proportionate share of national advertising dollars.
