I have loved this beautiful state since first visiting here, and I'm truly happy to call Denver my home. Previous to moving here, I attended Southwest Missouri State in Springfield where I received a BS in Audio Engineering with a Finance and General Business Minor. After the completion of my studies, I spent the next seven years working as an Independent Contractor in the Event Marketing Industry. I had the opportunity to represent many well-known brands and manage several programs for various fortune 500 companies, while extensively traveling the country. During this time I was also able to expand on my existing ability to relate to every personality type and develop report with all walks of life. It has been an exciting ride so far, and full of great experiences, but in the fall of 2006 it became time for a change. That's when I decided to make a move into the world of real estate. After obtaining both a Broker's license and an Appraisers license, I decided that my real world experience would best fit working on the commercial side. I was very impressed with the individuals of Unique Properties, and their reputation in the industry made it an easy decision to join their team when I was extended the opportunity. Not only will I be working under the same umbrella as many of the best in the business, but also I will be partnering with local commercial veteran, Greg Knott, who has been very successful over the past ten years in the Denver area. Along with Greg's expertise, I will be specializing in industrial/office warehouse, office, investment, retail, tenant and buyer representation, as well as landlord representation. I am very excited about learning the industry, and about building lasting relationships to assist the needs of the Denver community and building a better tomorrow.
