A native of Colorado, Sam completed a Finance and Management Degree at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Before coming to Unique, Mr. Leger worked as a Vice President for a local asset management company. In the past three years, he has been marketing and selling commercial properties worth in excess of $30,000,00 to investors and developers.
