He graduated from Western State college with a BA in Business administration and a Minor in Spanish. He moved to Denver in 1999 has called it home ever since. Avila started his real estate career over seven years ago. He spent three years with C.S. Properties LLC, a residential brokerage in Denver. In 2006, Alfonso joined Unique Properties where he focuses on apartment and investment sales as well as retail sales and leasing. He is looking forward to continuing his career with Unique Properties and learning the in’s and out’s of the commercial real estate business. Avila is looking forward to getting his Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management and to continue with his own personal investment portfolio.
