While I was born in Missouri, I grew up in Greeley, a small town with a huge heart. It was there in this small community that I learned a little something about personal integrity, perseverance, and the strength that knowledge brings. More than 22 years ago when the opportunity to move into real estate presented itself with a position at Van Schaack, I knew I had found my niche. Since then I have had the opportunity to successfully work closely with national and local companies, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, REIT's, pension funds and advisory groups. What's more, I've been fortunate enough to assist my clients in both investment transactions and tenant representation. I have spent a great deal of time identifying, negotiating, structuring and analyzing investment real estate, as well as property leasing. As a result, I have sold and leased over $550 million in commercial real estate. Over the years, I have learned that no matter how large the deal, the people making the decisions want to know that they are walking into that deal shoulder-to-shoulder with a seasoned professional. I'm here at Unique Properties because we are transaction oriented. We are knowledge and resource driven. Here, my client relationships are more than just one hit wonders.
