Life on a farm can be difficult at times, and it teaches you the tenacity to overcome adversity tot get the job done right. I have carried these life lessons with me throughout my career. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska I entered the sales and marketing field. The positions I held included Regional Manager of Cargo Sales for an international airline. This experience provided me with the necessary training and skills in sales, time management and customer relations. More than 30 years ago I decided to make real estate my career. I entered the industry with Van Schaack and Company as a residential broker. In 1989 my focus shifted to commercial real estate and I joined Knowlton Realty Limited, a Canadian firm specializing in leasing and sales of Class A & B office building in Denver's Central Business District. Since that time I have held positions with Coldwell Banker, Venture Group, and Western Skies prior to joining Unique Properties. Specialized in office and office/warehouse leasing and sales, I have represented millions of square feet of office and office/warehouse properties for lease or sale along with representing tenants in their search for space to lease. My number one focus has always been to look out for the best interest of my client. I often times say, "If this were my property what would I do?"
